We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

⚠️ Important — Personal Care Products: Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item is unopened and in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unopened and unused
Must be in original packaging with tags
Receipt or proof of purchase required

Damages & Wrong Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photo evidence and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
